Hatha yoga is the best known form of yoga in the Netherlands.
My classes start with loosing up the body, followed by several asanas (yoga postures) in combination with the breath. I end with a total relaxation through e.g. a Yoga Nidra, a meditation or visualization.
Hatha yoga is for everyone to follow. You look at your own body. You bring your awareness into your body, and ask yourself, what can your body do rigth now. And than deepen your asana's with your exhalation. But you do this with respect.
