 The Manipura Chakra is the third chakra of seven main chakras and allows for example to show who you are, without words but in your attitude and your appearance. The Manipura Chakra is in your solar plexus. If you are shy or unsure you often block your solar plexus.

Each chakra has its own mantra and color. I'm here to tell you something about the essential oils, minerals and gems who activate this chakra. We also look at the asanas that activate the Manipura chakra.
